Joe has been involved in the property industry for over 30 years. Whilst working within the property management sector he realised that despite the set credit control procedures in place, only a small percentage of tenants made payment on time, which led to huge debtor lists and massive financial strain on the managing agent to carry out management company tasks. His goal was to find a cost effective solution to decrease arrears in the shortest possible timescale and PDC as we know it was born. Since then he has hand selected his management team to advance his approach to arrears recovery and created the ‘no win no fee solution’ for his clients in conjunction with PDC Law.

Reece Wheeldon

Reece has over 10 years experience in the property sector and is the firm’s Managing Director. As a graduate Legal Executive he specialises in commercial and residential property matters and has a well established reputation acting for Landlords and their agents in connection with residential disputes and breaches of covenant. He leads the firm's Finance and Managements, and is responsible for the overall management of the admin and call centre teams.

Daniel Waite

Daniel joined PDC in 2003, is the longest serving member of our team and has over 17 years’ experience in finance. During this time he has built strong relationships with landlords and their agents. He is seen as a trusted partner to our clients. Responsible for the firms financial strategy and management of the finance team he provides advice and recommendations to support current activities and future growth.

Dominic Cassidy

Over the last 10 years Dominic has built key relationships with clients and suppliers within the property management industry and leasehold sector. He regularly attends industry events, conferences and is responsible for the firms’ sales and marketing strategies.

Dominic regularly attends client meetings collecting feedback to ensure that PDC provide the best possible service and has built strong relationships with different clients and suppliers within the property management industry.

Kat Bye

Since joining PDC in 2004 Kat has specialised in: business and client management, customer service, human resources, marketing, regulation and compliance within the property and debt collection industries. Kat has been at the forefront of the creation of the PDC brand and provides support and guidance to our team as the firms Human Resources and Compliance Director.
